2.3 Order of precedence. In the event of a conflict between the text of
this specification and the references cited herein, the text of this specifica-
tion shall take precedence.
REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Material.
3.1.1 Type I. Type I edgeseal material shall be "Wooster A-466-2 or
Providence D-3557 Low Migration Plastisol" (see 6.5). The material shall con-
sist of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dispersed in suitable liquid plasticizers,
with sufficient stabilizers, and with pigments and fillers yielding a gray
color similar to No. 36081 of Fed. Std. No. 595. The material shall not be
