4.3 Conformance inspection.
4.3.1 Lotting. A lot shall consist of the heaters produced by one manufacturer, at one
plant, from the same materials, under essentially the same manufacturing conditions, and at
essentially the same time. Each lot shall be identified and controlled in accordance with
MIL --- STD --- 1168.
4.3.2 Sampling. Sampling of lots shall be in accordance with classification of characteris-
tics in 4.3.5, and when specified, table II. Samples shall be selected at random.
